My experience at this shop was absolutely horrible. One of the members of the staff who was serving me was very rude to me and my mother. He asked how much money I want to send and where but did not ask about which type of sending I want. He chose the most expensive one (money will be received in 20 minutes) without telling us. So at the end he said he just assumed I was confident and want that type. He got very nervous when I told him that he could have just asked. Other member of staff who apparently was eavesdropping said to him "you don't have to ask". It is my money, he must have made sure I am aware. I will never go back there again. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could.
