Feedback:

Sean is the most unprofessional person to work with when comes to loans. Makes stuff up as he goes. And by the looks of reviews, they need to replace some staff with professional people. NEVER AGAIN!

This bank is the worst bank to ever join to bank with very rude and prejudices staff! Samantha has the worst people skills, if you are a person of color don’t bank here, they hate black people. I don’t recommend anyone to bank here

Worst Credit union!! Got my auto loan with them and there’s always a problem. Making bigger payments every month just to get out of there. Talking to them on the phone is useless, making payments and they they tell you you didn’t. Waiting on the payments to post for 2 weeks. This bank is a joke.

Horrible! I have never been with a bank that was so cheap with issuing a credit back to your checking. Please go to another bank to do your banking needs.

Paid my automobile off in 2016 april never got the title yet been in the office several times. They said they send it and it probably got lost in the mail.don't never call them and ask them to send you a check from your account and mail it to your address. It will never happen. You will never get the check. When we had local 194 CREDIT UNION.. Never was a problem.RARTIAN CREDIT UNION IS THE WORSE CREDIT UNION. I HAVE EVEN HAD. THE EMPLOYEES IS UNSKILLED AND NONE PROFESSIONAL.THEY ARE LEARNING TO OUR EXPENSE.

I've been a customer for 23 years, and this weekend, I will be closing my account for good. Too many problems. My debit card was declined yesterday for a payment I knew I had the funds for. Turns out a fraud block had been put on my card - no one contacted me. I had to find out because my card was declined trying to buy myself dinner. I called the bank this morning and was given 3 options to get a new card - come to the bank (can't - I work an hour away during business hours, they're only open during business hours), wait 7-10 business days to get it mailed to me (can't - I need access to my money) or pay $45 to have it over nighted, which I just down right refuse to do (I work in shipping - an overnight, same town envelope will never cost more that $17.50). So I decide - fine, I'll close my account. "You need the joint account holder to come in an sign something." No, I'm not going to contact someone I have a restraining order against to close an account - can I bring in documentation showing he isn't allowed to contact me? "We need his signature. That's just the way it is." I even had them look and see he has not been active on the account since he was attached to it nine years ago. Still, no budging. So I can't even close my account. I've had 4 fraud alerts in 3 years and they've tried to charge me for every replacement debit card. So I'm removing all of my funds from the account and letting it sit there and rot. Good riddance. 23 years of business from me is finished. Terrible service.

We have been with a Raritan bay since they opened , like 44 yrs ago . Would never bank anywhere else . All the tellers are so nice and knowledgeable. They actually get to know you by name , your not just a number . All my children bebong to this credit union also . We started them there as children and they still belong . Some now for 40 yrs . You know it’s a great bank when people stay with them forever . We have had saving , checking , 2nd mortgages , and car loans . Never a problem . Give them 5 stars !
