Feedback:

They sent the loan that was investigated by my bank and by their CEO and was verified as identity theft, gave me back the money that was fraudulently taken out yet now they put me in collections. Has ruined my credit!

Feedback:

The service provided by the call center was great, she was friendly and answerd any questions I had. It wasn't at all what I expected. They give you the lowest loan amount and the interest in the end is the same amount or if not greater then the actual loan amount.

Feedback:

Got an email telling me I could get a lower rate on a new loan. After what I went through to get my title back after I paid them off, I wouldn't borrow from them again to save my life! Can you get money quickly? Sure. But after you pay them off is when the trouble starts.

Feedback:

Like many others here I made the mistake of taking out a title loan from Rapid loans. I had lost my job and was going through the grievance process, but needed extra funds to hold me over. I borrowed $3200 not realizing what I was getting myself into. The first 4 months I paid $500, which was about $100 over what my interest was. I was attempting to pay down the principal. I expected to pay it off with my income tax, but unfortunately due to that retarded 1095. A healthcare form my income tax go held up. So for the last 5 months I have been just paying $400 a month. So with the payment I'll be making today on my way home for work I will have paid a total of $4,400 on a $3200 loan, yet I still owe $3400 to get my title back!!! That's a total of $7,800 for a $3200 loan and that's only so far.

Feedback:

I went in to a Rapid loans to make a payment. I accidently got the check for 10 dollars less than my payment. The rep asked when I would be back to make the full payment. As I checked the time she begin to yell at me. We exchanged words. I then asked for the manager number to make a complaint because she was rude. I stated I wouldn't not be back until I spoke to someone about my concerns. I called the manager number several times before getting a person. I asked to have a general manager call me back. She called the next day and took my complaint. My payment was not 30 days late and they came and towed my car just before she called me back.

Feedback:

I got a title loan from Rapid loans back in 2015 when I needed a large sum of cash quickly for an emergency. WORST DECISION EVER! Over the time I have been doing business with them, I have spent a whopping $9000! The loan amount is 5000. I am still making my monthly payments, which are half of my monthly income. Other bills are suffering because I don't want to lose my car and I have TRIED working with them to no avail. It's pay on time or lose your car. I am seriously considering going to a "buy here, pay here" car place so I can buy a cheap car and turn mine in because it's just not worth it anymore. I have literally paid for my car twice. They have no way of helping customers who are going through a hardship, no matter how good of a customer you are or how much money the company has made off of you. I deeply regret the decision of going with Rapid loans. If you're reading this and considering using this company, please don't make the same mistake as I, and many others, have.

Feedback:

I received a title loan for 4500.00 from this company November 2015. I was instructed to make payments of 500.00 per month to Rapid loans. The payment receipts I received reflected that my balance was going down, however it was not, as they forged the receipts and i have proof. The end result is I lost my job and filed for bankruptcy.

Feedback:

I would never tell anyone about Rapid loans. I went in one month - walked out with only have signed a payment receipt. Went back to sign contract and to my surprise it was already signed. One of the worker had already signed my new contract with not having my consent. Be very careful about what they charge. Was also being over charged by $235 dollars and I'm glad I seen it. That's how they keep you from paying off your loan. Check your interest charge cause they will overcharge you and where did the difference of that money go - lost. If you read this DO NOT get a loan from them!!!

Feedback:

September of 2015 I received a loan in the amount of 1,200 from Rapid Auto Loans in Orlando, Fl.I agreed to pay 183.44 per month until the balance was paid in full with interest.I fell upon hard times and a repo was placed in action on April 6, 2016. At that time having new employment I was able to make a payment in the amount of 190.00 owing 1 more payment of 183.44 to become current. The "recovery center" contacted me saying that my car was up for repossession and the amount of 190.00 wasn't good enough I had to pay more. At that point I had no more funds but I continued working and every two weeks since April 15, 2016 I have managed to make payments ranging from 100.00 to 200.00 in order to become current. On June 1, 2016 I made a payment in the amount of 84.29 to 7/11 which was only 15 days late. During this time my account showed an active status and Rapid Auto Loans still allowed me to make payments to them even though my account was supposedly in collections. According to the Cobb Letter law no company can accept partial or complete payments from a client, and allow the account to remain active as well as repossess their property. My car was wrongfully repossessed from my job on June 1, 2016 between the hours of 915pm and 12am.I spoke with Nicole from the Recovery center on June 2nd and at that time I was told I would be held responsible for a 250.00 fee for the processing of the repo and admin fees to Rapid Auto Loans. After paying 250.00 that I shouldn't have been held accountable for I was told by Scott at AB Harker that my fee for release would be 70.00 admin and 25.00 per day for storage. I called back as of June 3 to see how much I owed in total to then be told 652.00 to the towing company. I called back and spoke with the rude manager Ana at the Recovery center.I told her all I had was 200.00 and asked could the other 459.00 be added to my loan. She said yes they would be able to put it on the back end of the loan. She then also instructed me to call Maxwell for a re write to borrow more money because I appeared to be eligible or ask for more time on the amount I currently owed. I don't understand how someone in collections has so much access to my account to see that I am eligible for more money.I never called Maxwell because at this point I am not interested in doing anymore business with such a shady and rude company. My car was released from AB Harker as of June 7th. My loan amount at this point with the 459 on the back end should be 1092.00 and now I am looking at over 1300.00 owed on the account. Also this company has a way of retroactively adding charges to your account because now I have an admin charge of 709 but no charge in the amount of the 459 that was discussed.I am seeking legal assistance with this matter because I have paid more than enough money back to these companies that are in cahoots together to scam people out of their money and their possessions.STAY AWAY FROM RAPID AUTO LOANS!!!!!!

Feedback:

The tow driver was ruthless and that's all I got to say. I'm rally sad right, and I'm sorry for ever had any business with this company.
