Rapid Auto Loans LLC lost my payment with a third party. Can't find my payment but will surely find my car if I didn't make a payment. CS never knows anything. They claim that Vana Ross will call me back. She has not called me and refuses to take my calls. From what I have read online they will get your car first and research later. Reporting to the BBB and Office of Financial Regulation of Florida before it is too late. This is some type of shell company. Everything is a third party...the lending office is a third party, the collections is a third party..and when you call them they refer you to a third party.
