Dick and Adam, Your help and guidance along the entire journey was nothing short of phenomenal. Whew! It has been a long time since we had to perform this type of transaction. Wow, what a shock to the system - as times have changed in the entire lending process. What we appreciated most is the creative way that you translated all of the the new federal regulations. Anyone who has been in the process of selling or buying a property post 2008 knows exactly what I am talking about. We will be forever grateful of your knowledge, expertise, patience, and personal touch. I can honestly say that you now have a new customer for life. So if/when you do decide to retire; rest assured, that the future Modzeleski's will receive my business along with anyone else within ear-shot of my voice about the service that we received. Lastly, I wanted to point out that we did notice the discount we received that resulted in a lowered overall percentage that we originally agreed upon. This was not expected or necessary by any means. That being said, it was truly appreciated, and both of your consistently treated us like like family.
