I took two rings into their store today with great disappointment. Earlier this past week I have taken a ring in to a pawn shop in Portland Oregon and upon their evaluation everything was real. Yes the same ring was not real according to this pawn shop. I had a second ring that was white gold and also had diamonds in it. They proceeded to test everything in front of me and again told me nothing was real. So I took my rings back over to Portland and had them reevaluate them there. Turns out I would have been ripped out by these people. I suggest you go somewhere, where the pawn shop has equipment that is actually working to test each piece of jewelry that you have.

So overpriced! I've walked in several times over the past 1.5 years. Every single time I see a lot of used guns, but they're ALL overpriced. I hopped online and found brand new prices equal to or lower than many of the exact models they were selling used. When I politely asked why, the salesman said that used guns are just as valuable as new ones. No thanks. I doubt I'll ever return.

Horrible customer service, items overpriced, and stuff dirty! Won't set foot here again! Not very friendly people and very aggressive window personnel!!! Never go here people!!!! Save yourself a disappointment!

Very rude customer service and don't have knowledge of most products they are selling/buying. They use ebay to get prices when you are selling to them and then mark up the prices way too much when you are the buyer. I've watched it play out on a few cutomers there. Not happy with this biz at all. Will never go back there.

I owe these guys an apology. I posted a bad review that was unwarranted. I've purchased several items and was satisfied with the price and product. I made a bad purchase and took it out on them rather to put the responsibility where it belonged.

This sad excuse for pawn shop cleaned up my 14 karat gold bracelet weighed 4.2 grams less then what Liberty coin claimed it weighed clearly I went to Liberty coin
