A year and a half ago I left a bad marriage which left me in a disgusting amount of debt. I was a little short on bills as I just started working again from sick leave and have two kids to provide for. I was going to pawn my wedding and engagement rings because they were well worth $9000. Unfortunately my ex took the appraisal and all that. I was informed that I could either pay for another appraisal and get a pawn loan based on the actual worth or take a loan based on weight of the ring(s) Although I was a little bummed I was treated with courtesy and respect. The employee (I think owner) took the time and educated me as to why there is that policy. Which helped me understand the procedure. Although I didnt walk out with as much of a loan as I wanted at the time .... I got as much as I needed to get by and plus I left satisfied with the way I was treated...which is far and few between these days. :)

These ppl are amazing great friendly and we forgot some stuff we pawned and totally ten days late there still giving us our stuff i would of been in a huge loss for all three years of my life and my music is on the laptop i pawned great service friendly staff i think if u need a loan in the city of calgary these are your ppl thanks to the managers at the north store u guys are amazing u have made my whole day today bless you all who work here!

Awesome staff here.always super friendly and willing to help out within reason.Ive pawned my Ps4&VR here quite a few times when I needed the cash.rates are decent.I was beyond my pick up date by 2 days and called to see if I was too late(technically they now owned my stuff,by contract) and the store owner generously helped me out by letting me pick a date that would work for me to come in and pay it off.....he could have easily and legally kept my ps4 and VR and tripled what I pawned it for.THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!You guys are awesome!!!!Never been to a pawn shop with such friendly and understanding staff.Again,thanks!!yall are awesome!

Prices were ridiculous, lady locked us in the store, selling fake Louis Vuitton for as much as you can buy a real one off of Louis Vuitton website, 4 year old Xbox game is still $40. I could go on. I will never be back!

Great shop and workers. Lim sold me a laptop and explained the whole process of their lay away process and made me feel comfortable enough to actually go ahead and put a payment down when i wasn't even planning on buying anything. Will be returning to pay off my laptop and pick up more great things!
