RESPONDING to the answer to my comment by the “manager” below: that’s not the issue my dear! And i am sorry that you are justifying the rude and impolite behaviour by your employee with this unacceptable excuse. I wish you teach her to respond to customers with better self manners! I managed to call money gram and place an official complain about this location. NOTHING justifies such rude behavior and she coul’ve explained in a nice way. I am not begging here. And by the way, i went to another one with more respectful people! What a funny response! I am sorry that you are the manager! Pitty!The worst customer service. The old lady (European accent) is very rude and impolite. She lacks customer service manners. I called money gram to cancel a transaction and they directed me to this location to pick up. When i showed her the receipt. She said in a BAD way go to another location i don’t have cash to give you. When i tried to explain that they directed me here. She LEFT ME and went inside as if i am BEGGING for money. This is my money and i am collecting it from them!!! She is the worst i’ve ever seen in my life. I am a university teacher and i can’t believe that i was treated this way. Bad bad bad don’t go to this location!!!
