I brought my TV up there and it was working fine. when I got it out and got it home the screen was cracked and it did not show a picture. I called to see if they could do anything about it because it worked when I brought it up there and doesnt now and they are saying they wont replace it! they broke the TV and are saying they are not responsible!

Worst pawn shop in Reidsville bought PS4 got it home played it for one hour it shut off so I took it back for exchange and was told if I didn't buy insurance from them they won't exchange that if robbery now my son has no PS4 and I'm out 170 PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP IT IS A RIPP OFF AND THE ARE VERY RUDE AND NASTY

Terrible customer service and outrageous prices. The store either smells like body odor and grease or horribly strong perfume. We stood at the counter for 25 minutes and no one even spoke to us. We won’t be back.

I was in there for 25 minutes. There was 3 people working and they ignored me. I was interested in buying games behind the counter and they was taking people that walked in after me. I asked for assistance and waited patiently. But enough was enough. They were very rude and slow. Even looking at the games the guy was extremely rude and hateful. I will not be going back to this pawnshop at this location. Terrible experience!!!!!

Netty, Samantha, and Roger are great. They have helped me and my family when we needed it the most. I feel like family when Im there. They give more than fair prices on items being pawned, and great deals on items for sale. I buy all my tools there, and when i need cash its the only place i go. You guys are great!!!! Thank you for your help. Youre definitely appreciated.
