Back before new management over 2 years ago this place was best in town but supersave is now #1 pawnshop in Burlington period.This pawn now under corporate management barley gets business high pawn rates low balls ppl to the rim and does not negotiate well at all or fair .I see this place closing its doors soon I hope so they deserve to have no business

I bought a necklace at this place and was told that it was 14 karat gold. The necklace later broke so I went back to sell the broken gold back to them and they wouldn't even take it back, they claimed it was a fake necklace but if that's the case then I was robbed. This place is a fraud and are bad people. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE!!!

they were selling the crossbow for $200 offer them $100 they excepted it I drove over an hour and a half halfway here they backed out of the deal told me I had to pay $200 for this is one sorry ass place I will never do business here again and I do not suggest anyone else to do business here either
