Really regretting using this company. We've had ongoing issues since installing the terminals 7 months ago. Have had to have the terminals replaced several times. Have requested a credit due to all the issues we've had and have just been informed that they'll grant us a small credit. Then at the same time I've been accused of breaking the terminal and informed that I'd be billed for it! Don't appreciate the accusation. There were definitely no visible signs of breakage so perhaps it was broken when it arrived which is why it didn't work. Not impressed Quest, wish I'd gone with Tyro!

Have one of these for my trade business, nice and compact and solves the problem of giving credit to people without cash or old school cheques, thus increasing cash flow. Happy customer.

I use 2 of Quests pocket pay units for our very large football club registration and merchanise payments. I also have 1 for my dog grooming business. The units are reliable, easy to use and so handy to have! The one time ive used the service desk they were prompt to answer the phone and fix my problem in seconds! Definitely makes taking payments easier!

Biggest load of rubbish, and waste of time. I am up to my fifth quest machine. The technology poops itself a month or two into its life. Do not reccomend

The technology Quest offer is great when it works, my experience it is unreliable. The number of GoPos lites I have had over the past 9 months is ridiculous
