Just bought a sweet Toyota 4Runner from Quality & it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Quick, friendly, and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them!

Feedback:

I went into Quality on the 3rd for a oil change and was told afterwards that my front brakes were in really bad shape and that my back rotors weren’t engaging completely. I also needed new tires, and so I made a appointment at Les Schwab to get my tires replaced, my front brakes replaced, and my back rotors looked at. I received a call from them a little bit after and was asked who told me that my brakes needed replaced and my rotors looked at? I told them Quality while I was getting my oil changed this month. The guy told me that my brakes are in perfectly fine shape and I probably have about another 25,000 miles on them. I am not impressed by this at all. I will not be returning to Quality for any work done ever again.

Thought we were getting a good deal..Wrong..did the bait and switch..computer.. car fax..all said $10.500..3 owners..need to fix a few things..5 days later, they call, made a mistake on price, we want 17.995 for the truck...Nothing like screwing over a customer who also is a Veteran. NOT HONORABLE BUSINESS

Unfortunately I am having to write a bad review for Quality Motors, after multiple attempts to contact Dan. 45 days ago (yes exactly because my temp tags expired 5 days ago and my title work is still not done) I bought a car from Quality Motors. I had it for 2 weeks before it started falling apart. Shocks and Struts, Air Conditioning, My break pads were gone, there was no power steering fluid and now we are leaking fluid.... Within in the same week we had a friend by a car from QM and it's the same story, theirs was a $4000 fix. I really liked the people and the lady I talked to in Salmon was awesome with trying to help me contact someone that could help but If I wanted to spend all this money fixing a "Quality Used Car" ... I would had put the money into my Tahoe.

We have just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Keri Thasher at Qulity Used cars of Hamilton, we are Very Happy with all of our purchases, ( still own all 3 so if your are looking for a great deal, a nice ride and awesome service we suggest you go see Keri, enjoy and drive safe everybody!

I have dealt with these guys twice and both times it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience! Their very fair and care about keeping a good reputation. I totally felt like they wanted me to be happy, Not like they just wanted the sale. I highly recommend them as best in the valley!!
