I went in to purchase a new car. The place was very busy. So the sales person that I wanted to talk to was busy but he knew I was there to see him. So I took some one else out to look at cars until he was available. Cars are very pricey, I guess I didn't realize that at the time I went to buy one. But instead of going the route your suppose to we went backwards with the sale. Find the price you can afford and the go look at the car. That was better for me where I wasn't getting into something I can not afford and be unhappy about it. So I have the price I can afford in my budget and I also have a new car. They never once tried to put me in a used car. Because the wait was so long they even feed me lunch. How many dealerships would feed you lunch. I was very happy I got a new car for years to come.

They were really great. No pressure to buy the car. They did not try and push me into buying extra coverage that I did not want. They did the best they could to work with my budget. They gave me a respectable amount for my trade in. I picked up a very nice and well equipped 2018 Outlander SE.

Excellent care and attention, knowledgeable and Derek efficiently took care of the whole paperwork process. This is my fourth car purchased at Quality and will return for my next car. Adam was our salesman, selling us our last two cars. We found Adam to be right on target with information and assistance, addressed our questions, attended our needs, all while having a positive demeanor and sense of humor. I will look for Adam for my next car.
