This is an acquisition under new management. Good guys and hard bargainers. But if you're looking for a fair deal. You'll get it in merchandise credit. It's not a Lot of reinstate inside so they'll pass on certain specific market items. Which has been paying off better for me. But at the end of the day. They buy a Lot of wide variety things. And whether or not you wanna believe this. Your lucky to have these guys buy your stuff. And they gave you a fair deal.because you have to remember you're getting paid to clean out your home and leave them to have to push and sell you're things that even you don't want or can part with. I definitely recommend them. And if you're there to buy. They have better prices than any farmers markets around.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! customer service was great first time. purchased a laptop and gave me a 30 day warranty HAND WRITTEN saying I have 30 days. I figured that would mean if i wasn't satisfied I would be able to TRADE IT BACK! I simply wanted to trade it back and try another one they had. That was two trips than the staff changed their attitude and was very rude to me. It was piss poor customer service in my opinion my 30k subscribers will think similar.

just called to get some info before packing my things for sale ...the call lasted less than 30 seconds...in that amount of time i realized what this place is all about. Don,t think i could have been more dismissed if they grabbed me by the belt loops and bum rushed me out the door.

I just read some of the reviews & I have to laugh.It's funny how people can misconstrue being realistic with being rude! Yes u might have paid $400 for it beats by dre headphones but if u think ur gonna get even close to that you're crazy. They r pre owned,used,not new or in the box,because if they weren't used & were in the box u could take them back to the store u bought them & get ur $400 back.The fact that u would pay that much for headphones says to me $ isn't that important to u anyway.The staff is always friendly & they do what they can to give u as much as possible.But saying they r rude because they didnt offer what u wanted is ridiculous.Im sure it's real fun dealing w/ people all day telling them whatever they brought in is worth so much more.Its not about what it's worth it's about how much it can be resold for & be profitable for both.
