Great people great place! I lost my family a while back so I have nobody to help me with anything. When I was down and out Q's was there to help with the money I needed. Now I'm doing much better but still need a hand now and then. They are, and always will be my go 2 place. Thank you guys. You are like family locked behind a glass box to me now. God Bess you!!! This is a 5 STAR establishment (wink).Update: after a few years of coming to Q's I can honestly say that I feel though there's a thick glass wall separating us they have become friends they're not the typical pawn shop they're the nicest people in the business that I've met. As long as you got a good head on your shoulders and you understand the business what you buy retail marked up 200% you're not going to sell as scrap and get the same price if that makes any sense. Use your head be honest and cool with them and they'll be cool with you they'll take the time to break all the pricing down for you and they'll even help you out a little bit if they get to know you and your situation. Rick and Chumlee are the best lmao.. sorry guys I had to do it God bless
