I was in an under warranty truck passing though valley city, and found myself broke down at a gas station. I called in and talked to Bill. literally within minutes they were up there to take a look, hooked on a tow rope and brought it back to the service garage, fixed it, washed it, and had me back up and running in no time. Phenomenal service!

They did a great job in keeping me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle and what my options were. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manor and because it was a very large repair they offered me financing options. The only issue I had was that I needed to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday and they did not tell me they closed at noon....so I drove 50 miles one way and wasted part of my day only to have to return late at night another day.

I’m one of those shoppers that is willing to travel from Jamestown to Grand Forks to find a great deal. After truck shopping for over a week I decided to look at a truck at Puklich Chevrolet. The funny part is I work in Valley City but had the thought process that you need to drive to a bigger town to get a better deal! Nooope! Right in town is where I found great customer service and the best part it was exactly what I wanted thousands less than Fargo or Grand Forks. This has got to be one of the worst places to go to try and get a vehicle. We had one picked out, but the salesman had other plans. He would not listen to anything that we had to say or wanted. He just kept trying to recommend the highest price truck on the lot. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.

With this recent purchase, I couldn’t make it to town to pick it up so he drove it out to my work for me. I got great customer service and a great experience.
