After many years of being happy with my agent ..she then left due to changes in the firm. .since then it's been 'hit and miss' as to Wether or not somebody came. .dispite making prior arrangements ..when a agent came it was someone different each time ..or they would just 'turn up' once at 8 AM! !! and once wearing a lanyard displaying PROVIDENT whilst walking up my Avenue! !!!..calling me 'Hun' and not keeping arranged times is just not good enough. .I will be finishing my loan by phone payment Wether Provident like it or not ..!
