I enquired about buying a receipt printer from them. The price came in at double what you can find online so I asked how much they might come down in price. I'm happy to shop local and pay a bit more than the online price for goods that I can pick up on the same day, but they wouldn't budge a single dollar. I then bought online elsewhere, saving well over $200.
