We found a few positive testimonials on the companys website and several generally upbeat reviews scattered around the web, but thats about it.
While its inevitable that the company will attract its fair share of criticism, were hopeful that theyll garner some substantial praise from customers as well. For now, were awarding ProMerchant a slightly-above-average rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars. While the company doesnt appear to have any glaring weaknesses at this point, they dont have any outstanding features that separate them from their competitors, either.
