After a horrible experience with a c/c processing company that did not tell the truth and could never seem to answer our questions, we were so lucky to come across Edward at Process Green Merchant Services. We can't tell you enough the difference he made and how much he saved us from our previous merchant services. It was night and day. It didn't end there, getting our current POS company to work with us to switch C/C processors was a nightmare but Edward and Process Green went above and beyond to get us up and running in a very short time with no downtime or loss or business on our end. He took care of much more than we thought and has continued doing so without hesitation. We are beyond Extremely Satisfied and look forward to a long relationship with both Edward and Process Green Merchant Services.

I own a high end flooring company in the heart of Los Angeles and we have very high ticket orders that our customers love to put on credit cards. We found Process Green and learned that their credit card processing services can lower our current merchant services rates and fees. What we really loved is that we can support any cause we choose. We chose a local organization that helps feed families in the community that have fallen on hard times. To us, saving money and supporting a good cause is a must and we encourage other business owners to follow suit. Process Green also has free cause-marketing tools that we use to help spread the word about the organization we are supporting both online and in-person. The customer service is spot-on and that is super important when we need to talk to someone over the phone quickly. We plan on using Process Green as our credit card processing company for our future businesses/projects as well.

Eddie and Process Green are the best credit card processing company I've ever used. After owning 2 hair salons for over 13 years, Ive been through several companies, including Paymentech, and PG offers us an option that no one else ever has. We now have the ability to give back to the charity of our choice. Meals on Wheels is our charity and it's great to know that with every transaction we give a little back and it's that easy! If you are considering switching companies, I would absolutely recommend speaking with Eddie. It feels great to know that with every transaction, we are giving back to our own community!

Edward Pakdaman and Process Green are amazing! Arthur Murray Santa Monica was recently certified as a Green Business in Santa Monica. As part of our "greening" we changed to Process Green. They give to the charity of our choice, Santa Monica Boys and Girls Club, and they also donate to the Chamber Foundation since we are Santa Monica Chamber Members.Changing credit card services is not for the faint hearted, and Edward Pakdaman was there every step of the way. We are delighted with Edward's services and Process Green and would recommend them to anyone, especially because of the excellent service we received.Call Edward and make the switch to Process Green, we're glad we did and you should too!
