Client Review on Priority Funding, LLC

Feedback:

Absolutely awful company. Customer service is non existent with Priority Funding. They are less responsive than a possum playing dead. They will pre-approve you in 2 days, and sit on the documents that you send in for weeks before moving forward. They will tell you the process takes 3-4 weeks, while mine took over 2 months, no matter how quickly you provide them the required documents to proceed. If you like to constantly wonder where your loan stands, while twiddling your thumbs waiting for someone, anyone, to return your call, this is the company for you. Call in the morning to ask for an update, they take your message. Call in the afternoon for an update, nobody is in the office. It's a lose/lose situation everyday, and the only explanation they ever have is that "they're busy". What? Everyone is busy! This was my first time seeking a mortgage for my first time purchasing a home, and this experience could not have been any worse. They are not even worthy of the 1 star I had to fill in for this review to even post.
