Emily and her team at Prior Lake State Agency have always given us top notch service. We've been with them over 9 years now--through transitioning from a rental unit to our first house, to our second house. Every time, we've gotten the best advice from Emily on what would be the best insurance option for us. And the prices have been consistently competitive-presenting different options from multiple companies, with Emily guiding us over what she thinks will be the best option. Along the way we've had a few car accidents, new cars and cars sold. Each time there's been an accident (only a few), Emily has been able to help us instantly, with getting the proper information. All we have to do is call-Prior Lake State Agency is there every time.

Absolutely LOVE the Prior Lake Agency. They are always looking out for us, saving money and having great coverage. I needed to add coverage on a vehicle - one phone call and it was taken care of. Done deal and I can cross it off my list and go on with my day. No worries that it was taken care of. Can't get this kind of personal service everywhere so I really enjoy it when I do get the service. Would recommend this agency to everyone.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance agency. They failed to update insurance documents with mortgage company. Failed to tell me I did not have vehicle insurance for some reason the direct deposit stopped and my credit card number never changed. When I asked to do direct deposit again she said we can do that another day. No really that's why I called! Needles to say I switched.
