If I could rate higher, I would! Kaley Giessing with PRMI is the most amazing person on the planet! I was super discouraged about the whole home buying process, had spoken to many loan officers that told me my credit was too low, and I'd need a substantial amount down, and was just about to give up and rent forever when I saw one of Kaley's PRMI signs that said, "Nothing down, 100% financed" with her number. Obviously, if it's too good to be true, it probably is, right? SO I texted her and said, what's the catch? When do you tell me you need my first born as down payment? She explained everything to me, and was super transparent the whole process, told me exactly what I needed to do to qualify (which was surprisingly easy!) and I was able to get my credit where it needed to be and qualify for my own house, ON MY OWN, within only a few months! I bought my beautiful home in 2016, and refinancing now to get a lower payment, and getting out of MIP insurance! I am so happy and truly couldn't work with a better person and company! PRMI has given Kaley so many resources so that she can do her job effectively and wonderfully!! If you are thinking you can only rent forever like me, PLEASE reconsider and give them a call and see what they can do for you! You'll be so glad you did!

Kaley Giessing is seriously the best! She is so helpful and super responsive! I could text or email her and she was always so prompt and thorough with her responses. If it was something that needed extra explaining she would call me and explain in detail in a way that was easy for me to understand.I’m so happy we were able to work with Kaley while buying our first home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home! She’s the best of the best!

He provided incredible fast response and continuous text, email, and phone support. I highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for a mortgage. He also speaks perfect Spanish.
