Bought my car from them 4 years ago. They went the extra mile to help us get a great car that was only 1 year old at the time and help us build our credit. Now that the car is almost paid off we will be returning for a second vehicle soon

Total rip off a 2011 from Price Point is almost as much as a 2018-2019. After a week my window on driver side stopped working so I went back for them to fix it and the a guy told me that they couldn't fix it when I thought I had 30 days and it could be fixed for free. I've had the vehicle since 2016 i put 2000 down and I still have 3 more years before it's paid off😡. Better turn left and go to Toyota you'll have it paid off sooner with them.

We required about five hundred percent of your staffs time to select a vehicle that Mrs. Lardin would accept. The staff was cheerfully attentive to her every request. They did a good job all around.

I have been a customer of pricepoint for many years and continue to return because of the helpful and knowledgable staff. I would highly recommend Price Point to friends and family if in the market for a quality used vehicle. I compared apples to apples on my specific vehicles and found that no where else could compare with the price and quality. Thanks again....

DO NOT BUY FROM PRICE POINT MOTORS ! Their customer service is despicable . Their lack of care for anything but YOUR money is humiliating . I have had my 2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN for roughly 2 1/2 months and have had nothing but problems with it from DAY 1. Price Point has been RUDE, inconsiderate , and very unprofessional about the entire situation. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE A LOANER, They will NOT trade a vehicle that doesn't run correctly that THEY SOLD YOU for one that runs properly, they will NOT fix ANYTHING on your vehicle. They WILL however charge you almost DOUBLE blue book value and an almost 30-40% interest rate. They WILL blow you off when calling to speak to manager or even at times hang up on you. THEY WILL take their sweet time to allow you to speak to someone in charge in person, and then when you voice your concerns they WILL tell you they will have you escorted from the property. They DO NOT sell quality, the DO NOT operate in a professional manner, they DO NOT care about their customers, they DO NOT return phone calls, and they DO NOT HONOR their so called 6 month 6000 mile power terrain warranty. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
