Would leave a no stars if it was possible. Non existent customer service. Left message for 15 days straight with no return phone calls. Ridiculous hikes in fees. Lies and talking in circles. Don't use there services, you will be sorry.

I was stuck in a lease for 4 years with this company- DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING with them! I have a small Business of intake of about 100G in sales a year and Have paid them Over 20G in 4 years between their excessive fees and terminal lease! and then I had to call almost every month to get some annual fee of $22 removed, that I was getting charged an annual fee on a monthly basis! --- Worst Company for processing I've ever dealt within the 20+ years I've been with this business.

This business has a culture of stealing and lying. Don't believe anything in writing or from any of their staff. They will change a written agreement month after month. You will speak to many staff members who will say what you want at the time but never follow through. This company has been the most dishonest company I have ever experienced.

Watch out!! This is a Bait and Switch operation, They contact you with one name, do paperwork knowing they can scam the elderly then sell you oss to several other outfits that bill you for something you had no idea you were gettin. When you try to cancel they don't answer the phone half the time and try to bill you with an excessive cancellation fee !!

They said I would get 0% on most transactions and that I only had to pay $70 a month for the machine lease, processing fee and they would take care of all PCI compliance needs (which they are supposed to take care of and say they will do for you). It's all BS. I pay about $100-$150 a month and after a YEAR of PCI issues I finally worked with TransArmor myself and found out they had my account setup wrong and that's why I was having PCI issues. They are simple sales company. Customer support is a phrase that does not exist in their world. On of THEIR service reps put me on hold for 45min to try and make me go away. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Do not do business with this company! The sales person misrepresented the monthly cost. The percentage may be lower but with all the added (hidden) fees you pay much more. To reach a human to discuss issues cannot be done!! You reach an answering machine that I doubt they listen to, or leave you on hold until you hang up!! Especially if you ask for a supervisor! Terrible company!

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! They will lie to you to your face constantly. You won't believe the amount of special charges and fees they charge! I have never dealt with another company who was so dishonest! When you call they simply tell you what they think you want to hear and nothing EVER HAPPENS! I am currently looking for a better option to do our credit card processing since this company is so terrible to deal with. They have been lying to me from day one and I am fed up with it!

Do not do business with these people, they mislead you and do not tell you about ALL the fees!! The equipment lease is the biggest rip off ever! Charge $144.00 per month for 5 YEARS for equipment worth less than $500.00 ! Terribly company! Liars
