Moved to larger premises, However I feel the fame of TV has got to them.I don't feel they are competitive on price compared to others which is a shame as there are the nearest to me.They offered me £1'000 less than others for my watch.

Took in a piece of jewellery this morning , last valuation was over £6000 , that Was 4 years ago . Was offered £200 . Insulting to say the least and was told that because it was Palladium it was not as valuable as gold !!!

Unfortunately the bad reviews already on here just carry on....Brought a ring from Ernest Jones. £349, discounted from £399. Took it in here 2 weeks after purchase (due to circumstances). They offered £20. The scrap gold itself is worth more. Tried another local pawn shop, they offered £115. I can’t understand why these guys get away with it. 23-4-18

Yep pretty much the same as all the other reviews on here.Phoned up and gave details of Breitling watch I had I wanted to sell, was told £1800 bad condition up to £2200 for good condition, for avoidance of doubt the watch is in good condition, drove 45 miles to shop to be told £1300 was best offer. Lady was also rude when I questioned why she had wasted my time. The TV programme is a con to make them look like the good guys, at first hand experience I would say they are sharks that mislead people. Avoid and don’t waste your time like I did.

Went here with a ring 18ct white gold ring incrusted in diamonds had it valued beforehand of 20.000 left it with them for a week as wanted a loan on it they finally came back to me after telling me it’s a beautiful ring and offered me £150 I was discusted I refused I then went to your every day average pawnbroker in reading H&t they gave me a loan of £7.500 they must have thought I was stupid never again wouldn’t recommend tv program is all a con to make people think they are good avoid with all costs
