Feedback:

We use this site as a service center since our home bank is in Thornton. The majority of tellers seem to be burdened when my wife has come in with questions. Usually the answer is I can't do that, when other sites are happy to help. They really just don't want to help, plain and simple. Several other visits have resulted in no service with poor attitudes falling short of the this banks "family" mission. Ultimately the culture among the employees is not family customer based failing to reach the guiding principles outlined the management.

I've been banking with Premier for ten years and they've been a guide for my journey from being on Chexsystems (bad) to a credit score of over 800. I've enjoyed short lines, friendly staff, their partnership with other FCU's when travelling-- and have never paid a dime in service fees. They employ all of the technological innovations in banking, though a year or so behind the big banks-- a tiny price to pay for the small bank experience I value greatly.

Been banking here for years and im not sure why. There are tons of other banks that are much more accessible. the amount of times they just tell me they can't help is obnoxious and the app is bordering on unusable.

Love this bank.You can tell it's not trying to make money off of fake fees and bull crap.They are willing to wave fees and help in ways that most banks not only are unwilling to do but are unable to do because of "Policy".Best bank I use.

I've been a member for less than 2 weeks. It took over 1.5 hours to open an account. I can not get online banking to work. When I call for assistance I am asked over 5 ridiculous questions to verify my identity. Since I can't easily access my account and it's only been 14 days of being an account holder I am going to close my account and move my accounts elsewhere.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Fees for everything, and just general horrible customer service. There is no one there to answer the phones, and every so often my wife just gets locked out of her account for no reason. Then you have to wait until the next business day to get any service. They forgot to endorse the check for our down payment on our house almost causing us to lose the house at the closing table. The employees seemed nice enough, but this credit union nickle and dimes you for everything and is not competitive for interest rates. To sum it up, they bring nothing to the table and charge for everything. They are not competitive for any of their services.
