BEWARE ! They do not honor their contracts and the language barrier is next to impossible. They play games with peoples lives and will not respond to lawyers OR legal service. BEWARE they do illegal garnishments .

Think of the worst nightmare you've ever had. The one that causes you to wake up yelling, in a cold sweat, shivers running down your spine.... This is how my experience with this pathetic excuse for a company went, and how it will undoubtedly go for you if you are ballsy enough to sign their contracts. The term "loan shark" doesn't begin to describe how these criminals operate. It was a crooked affair from the start, and had I not been in a very difficult position, I would have headed for the hills long ago. They probably would have found me if I had, though. It was a classic case of saying one thing, then doing another. An extra $2700 was taken FROM MY ACCOUNT for what they called a DOCUMENTATION FEE. This was done without informing me ahead of time; I had to call and figure out what this was after the fact. If you do accept their terms and sign, I hope you won't ever need to ask for any flexibility on payments, because you'd have better luck training a fish to ride a bicycle. And don't for the love of god ask for a pay off letter. Not only will you be denied a letter until you send new bank statements (which you should NOT have to do), but then when you refuse to send statements, be prepared for a string of threatening texts from these animals, saying things like "I will shut your business down and take everything you have." Pleasant. The list of HBO-worthy drama I've experienced from this circus goes on and on. DON'T DO WHAT I DID. If you are teetering at the precipice of a cliff, deciding between jumping and calling Premier...nose-dive right off of that cliff, and know that you chose the lesser of two evils.

Terrible service! If I could give negative stars, I would. I was literally yelled at and hung up on because they refused to admit their mistakes and work with us to resolve the issue. Bad business. Don't go with this company.

This is a junk email scam. It's impossible to get off of their mailing list. I asked our bank (an actual bank with retail locations) if they had head of this group and they say beware.
