È perfetto per rilassarsi e avere la spiaggia privata comoda e attrezzata a pochissimi passi dalle camere. Peccato che il mare non sia dei più belli, la maggior parte dei giorni l'acqua è stata torbida e anche nei giorni migliori devo dire che non mi ha stupito. Ovviamente questo non c'entra nulla con la struttura. Ma se devo fare degli appunti su quest'ultima mi sarei aspettato che il bar a bordo spiaggia fosse aperto già dal mattino, invece apre solo dalle 16, inoltre per essere un Resort 5 stelle manca un'area spa, c'è solo una piccola stanza per i massaggi. Tutto il personale è sempre sorridente, gentile e accogliente. E fin quando va tutto bene ci si sente coccolati, ma.... se come è accaduto a noi capita un disagio ecco svanire quanto di buono avevamo percepito; l'ultima sera rientrando dal mare abbiamo avuto l'amara sorpresa dell'assenza dell'acqua calda, abbiamo allertato la reception personalmente (anche il telefono in camera non funzionava) e il problema è stato affrontato dalle ragazze della reception munite di strumenti professionali (un paio di forbici...), risultato il problema è stato risolto dopo oltre 2 ore di attesa, probabilmente con personale qualificato si sarebbe risolto in molto meno evitandoci una doccia comunque fredda e soprattutto abbiamo dovuto disdire la prenotazione presso un ristorante, data l’ora abbiamo dovuto cenare al ristorante interno al Resort. L’indomani ci ha dato il buongiorno una blatta... beh da un resort 5 stelle ci si aspetta la perfezione, una risoluzione rapida ai piccoli imprevisti e laddove non si riesce a soddisfare questi requisiti si cerca comunque di rimediare con delle attenzioni, che neanche sollecitandole al momento del check out sono state prese in considerazione..... a quanto pare la direzione di questo Resort, debitamente avvisato dal personale, non tiene a cuore il benessere e la soddisfazione dei propri ospiti! Peccato un'occasione mancata perdendosi in bicchiere d'acqua.. fredda!
