Feedback:

Do not bank with this company. They are the worst

Feedback:

Nobody helps you when you walk in. Customer service via phone unhelpful as well. The hours are limited. Almost 45 mins to close an account.

Feedback:

It doesn't get any worse than powerfi. We wanted to support a small local credit union and did banking there for the better part of a decade. The app and website are buggy and slow, but we were willing to compromise so we could support a small credit union. However, they always seem to resent their customers. We didn't need help very often, but when we did, it was consistently poor customer service at the call center. Worst banking experience I've had.

Feedback:

Love the service that they offer. Still provide great customer service and it is something you no longer see in the financial industry

Feedback:

Power Financial cares about its employees, its members, and its local community. They constantly are part of volunteer events, they put their members above profit, and I am happy to be a part of Power. Things may have been a bit rough during a software conversion that happened for about a week last year, but I can speak from experience that if you give Power a try you will not be disappointed!

Feedback:

Tried to apply on line but computer program has no built in options or flexibility. Called for help & no one can figure out how to help, they suggest going to branch 35 miles away. Why have on line application if it stumps you & no one can help. Going to branch is there only option. Not a good way to start membership at all. How about allowing the rep to walk you thru process or give them tools to enter the info for you.

Feedback:

Never get a car loan from this place; the dealer Fiat of North Miami uses this credit union stating they have best rates..hmm forgot to mention the drawbacks which are too many to list. The credit union is out of touch with modern technology; you're back in last century if you want to make a payment online. Harrassing & arrongant account managers (literally mocked me for asking where is my bill & then I said statement & still received sarcastic remark), for any update such as an address or automatic payment there is a form that must be faxed. In addition to a fee. Spent hours setting up online account in vain; links do not work, again no payments can be made from accounts other than theirs. Just awful experience & I can imagine it will only get worse. They will send you statements again in the format again from last century; you will spend some time trying to find the due date. Calling or chatting with customer service will not help either. I did it twice, just now was told to follow steps to set up external account; again links not functioning. Frustration on a daily basis.

Feedback:

Horrible stay far away from them..horrible customer service and they charge you for everything...I have a car loan with them worst decision ever can't wait till am done paying off my car so I don't have to deal with them ever again!!!!

Feedback:

I agree with the above. This Credit union has change and it is no longer a credit union anymore it is a bank for profit and pushing their employees to meet their monthly goals! I have my mortgage with them since 2004. In 2008 they started charging checking account service fees even when you transfer or deposit money from another credit union. There are other credit unions out there that don't charge a dime. Do the research you have the power, not them.

Feedback:

I think having an account at Power Financial is a much better experience than most banks. Fees are minimal and if you call the CU for assistance, its usually very quick and easy to get a hold of someone and get an answer. One issue I have is loans. PowerFi is not very competitive on rates or terms. For most of my loans, I have had to go to a bank to get a loan. I would expect that a CU, being non-profit, would be able to offer terms on par with a for profit bank.
