LOVE THE FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Denise Joyce was Informative. Straight Forward. Help me Understand all the terms clearly. The process was smooth and time appropriate. All the customer service representatives in the office was polite and professional from the time I stepped in the door till the sec I stepped out the door. I will be doing business with Power Finance Texas- DALLAS again. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They will scam you. I’m trying to get my debt taken care of, trying to finally work on get my credit score. Took out a $400 loan. It’s been a month and I’ve paid $300. For a notification I still owe almost $500 still. Uh, what? I call them and they tell me only $17 of that $300 is going to my actual loan. Are you kidding me?? Do you not bother to tell people the outrageous amount of fees?? Of course not. I have NEVER had a loan like that. I have to pay $500 in full just to close it. That’s more than my loan! I’m wasting my money!I did not read the reviews before this and I regret it so much.

Amazing Experience! My representative Elizabeth was amazing. She explained the entire loan process to me and made sure I understood how everything worked. She helped me sign into my online account where I was able to track my loan online. The staff was super friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Yes payday loans are high in General, but the experience and people at Power Finance Texas made it all worth it. Thank You Power Finance Texas and not only will I be using your services in the future I will also be recommending your services to other people. The overall experience was amazing.
