My name is Jim Ratliff, owner of Rocky Mountain Title loan in Coeur d'Alene. We have noticed a rash of bad reviews to Title Loan offices in this area, myself included, in the past week. Not sure exactly why that is, but I wanted to set the record straight on Kim and Post Falls Title Loan. I have worked with them in the past, and Kim has always been friendly, professional and honest. I have referred clients to them in the past knowing they would be well taken care of, and they were. This post by Kitty is a fake, as was Austin's on my page, and I do not think Kim's reputation should take a hit simply because, in my opinion, a new Title Loan business is coming to this area and is looking to tarnish everyone's reputation first. Post Falls Title Loan and Rocky Mountain Title Loan in Coeur d'Alene are locally owned and run. You are our neighbors and our friends. If anyone is going to care about how you are taken care of, it is us.
