These people are extremely racist with horrible customer service! They pick and choose who they give a loan to and whip the increase a loan for based off of the color of your skin! I'm contacting the better business bureau!

Worst experience ever, it's spent an hour and 10 minutes there and accomplished nothing how are two full-time jobs I went in there asking for a lousy $250 to pay my gas bill they denied me after an hour and 10 minutes because they said that I was honest with the repo I had in 2013 when my mother had a car that I co-signed for and she didn't make her payment so they took the car yeah I was a good son try to help my mom out... they ask for your social security number saying they don't do a credit check be at the lady said I had to past two loans.. I had a returned payment on my house payment because I didn't have the money in my account for one day but I showed that I paid it they said that they're not I'm not trustworthy of having alone because every time I get paid my account balance is almost low so they're not sure they're going to get their money back first of all if I D did not need a payday loan and was wealthy then I would have not went there to apply and waste an hour and 10 minutes out of my time and day that I really did not have and the time that I could have spent with my kids she asked me why I didn't go to any other places and I told her because you were 6 minutes away from my house so you were close and convenient but apparently I was wrong... they asked you for everything in the world and they want you to provide them all the documentation they ask for they look at a reason to tonight and that's what I felt little disappointed because they were not professional about what they did... they could have told me in the beginning that hey you're not qualified for a loan I don't know how that's true when they ask for bank statements I check a debit card or driver's license that utility bill and you provide all that to him pay stubs and everything matches your address and the account numbers and everything and they say no you're not qualify makes absolutely no sense saying that I'm a wrist because my banking account slow all the time never had an overdraft fee just one returned payment for my house and it was cuz it was set up on auto pay and I forgot to take it off so I could go into the office to make a payment that's life you learn from things like this you try to get stronger and you move on.. I'm not sure how they're in business but obviously they're not doing something right and that's being more upfront and honest with people instead of taking time away from them and making them wait no what you going to do in the first place...
