Client Review on Pos Unlimited

Feedback:

We upgraded from 2010 version that we purchased through POS Unlimited in 2010. The cost of the upgrade was not cheap. When we were notified that we had to have the chip reader we called them and they told us it would cost more now to upgrade. We asked why we weren’t told about this upgrade when we purchased the the new software and was told that it wasn’t their responsibility to tell us that because we should have known. It has only been 6 months since we upgraded and now it will cost more money. We trusted them to help us and we have gotten help as long as it costs us more money. I do not recommend anyone use them. They are a terrible example of a business. We are upgrading to a different pos system now that is up to date and looks respectful of a business. I urge anyone who decides to give them a try to fully investigate other options.
