I have had the pleasure e to work with Svend and smart POS systems for two years. Svend is well versed with the pos system we use in our medium sized restaurant. Smart POS is always a phone call away when needed. I have always had a positive experience from set up to problems to reprograming the system.

When my husband and I opened Backstreet Tavern & Grill, we started with a POS system out of California. Within two weeks we were looking for another system that was more user friendly and thankfully found Smart POS and Svend Bramsoe. He input all the information into the system for us and came to the business and taught us how to use it. He has been a blessing for us and I would highly recommend him and Maitre'D to anyone looking for a system for their business. He is always on call should I need him and fixes the problems with ease and professionalism. He is knowledgeable about Maitre'D and computers in general and genuinely cares about our business and how well it's running. Thank you Svend for everything.
