Over the past year I have done over 40k in business with this outfit. I ordered 2 epson usb interfaces on Thursday. Long story short Fedex and Amazon left 5 packages on my porch that morning. All stolen. Luckily fedex and amazon insure their packages. I called Fedex and they said that the claim must originate from the shipper. I then call my sales rep and he says he doesn’t have time to file a claim with Fedex. I am now on the phone with my credit card 💳 company disputing the transaction. Long story short beware of these clowns .
