My wife and I are elderly (quite antique, actually) and we really appreciate the wonderful attitude and patience of our favorite UPS Store employee, Joe. What a terrific guy! We have never had a favorite UPS man before. We drive 30 minutes from home, just to have him ship things to the grandkids, and notarize and fax documents, even though there are closer UPS Stores. We also have been known to skip the shipping, if he isn't there. "We'll have lunch at Dexter's and drive back tomorrow." Then we do. And then we have lunch at Dexter's again.

I love going to this store for my packages they have the BEST customer service . I send my family and friends to this ups and I would rather go here and spend a little more than to deal with the post office. ups is very lucky to have these employees at this store. Especially the manager Jim ( I think that's his name)

Horrible customer service. UPS sent us to get a label printed out and they refused to help even though we had the UPS barcode and instructions. The two ladies would not even attempt to scan it.

I have been a customer of this UPS Store for 9 years. Joe and Gabriela are exemplary. They are friendly, professional, efficient and provide service beyond my expectations. I enjoy doing business with them. I feel like a valued customer.

Going to say, the staff was very kind and pleasant. However, i went to ship a package to New Jersey...a wedding gift that was made for my sister. A simple cork board in the shape of a flag. Nothing heavy, or large at all. I bubblewrapped the gift myself, just needed a box and to be shipped. Would you believe, being shipped ground, the slowest delivery, was going to cost me 150 dollars!!??!! Not only that, but an extra 30 dollars to wrap it even more in more bubblewrap, and put into a box. Now we are talking 180 dollars to ship a package??? I opted to not ship this, because i purchased 2 round trip tickets to attend this wedding that cost me significantly less than this package would cost. I simply asked for a box to box myself and i would take this package on the airplane and check it which would have been cheaper. The box they gave me could have fit a goddamn grand piano in it. It took me 5 minutes to get this thing into my car. Now the next day, my wife goes to FedEx to ship THE SAME PACKAGE...only costs her about 40 dollars. What on earth is UPS doing that they need to charge 6 times the amount for a package to be shipped and delviered to the same place on the same day?? Never will i ever think of using UPS again...i would rather the 8 bit paper delivery boy from the original Nintendo take my package and ride his little bicycle up there and take 6 weeks to deliver it than have UPS handle my package. FedEx isnt your competitor...they won.
