After 20 yrs in the Business we FINALLY found the perfect POS for us with POS Nation, and couldn't be happier! They are Sooooo much better than anything we have tried on the market, and the staff is incredible. I would like to give a shout out to Kelsey, Ian, Ryan, Tim, Niko and the rest of the staff for not only being helpful to all our questions and needs, but for having the great patience and personalities to work with a small business like ours. I did months & months of research on many (20+) different POS systems before deciding to finally make the switch to POS Nation (CRE). We have used 4 other systems in the past 36 years and I can already tell you POS Nation FAR exceeds any customer service and technical support we have ever received. It was a rocky transition (as expected) but Adam, Garrett, Chip and many others at POS Nation were extremely patient & supportive throughout the entire transition. If you are in need of a new POS system, I highly recommend considering POS Nation.

Excellent customer service. Install was easy with the remote installer. The next day I had a few questions and called tech support. I was on hold for LESS than a minute! Tim was very polite and helpful. I would recommend POS Nation.

All I can say is AWESOME! Chip was patient and kind. My computer crashed and he took the time he didn't have to make sure my cash register was up and running! THANK YOU Chip!

I received a new printer and I couldn't get it to configure to the POS, even though the printer wasn't purchased through them, Chip went above and beyond to get me up and running. I am so appreciative, makes my day that much easier.
