I've had POS Merchant Card Services Inc., as my processing company for the past 21 months. Throughout the course of those months, I recommended the service to other business owners I know, and am now recommending it to you as well! As fate would have it, I was able to meet the owner first hand on a beach wedding. He was unaware it would be with us, however when he recognized the name Florida Wedding Professionals, he immediately introduced himself.It was exciting to put a face with the company I had been doing business with for so long.On that same meeting I informed him of an issue I was having and he immediately informed me that he would be personally reaching out to those individuals whom I needed to speak with to resolve it.Ill update you on the resolve later!

Machines kept breaking down. Customer service won't help to troubleshoot. Extremely rude! Stuck in contract with machines that won't work DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!
