My real rating is 2.5. Don't know how people can give this place 5 stars even though the service is slow and sometimes just plain bad. Snail pace bad. Sometime it's good, but never great. If you have your own mailbox here, getting your own mail is very easy and convenient. If your mail address is just a registered mail, like WDT, it will be slow if you came late or if this place is busy. The courier service here is not that good (prepare for the worst). If you want to check your ASB, ASN, etc, be prepare to wait for hours or simply give up and come back the next day if you came late. The place is just too small to handle the whole population of Kota Belud.
