THIS IS WORST SOFTWARE I SEEN IN MY LIFE...I AM USING THIS SOFTWARE FROM LAST 5 YEARS... NOT A SINGLE DAY I GOT MY SOLUTION IMMIDIATLY.... ALL NEW GUYS ARE SITTING IN SUPPORT TEAM THEY DON'T KNOW ANY THING.....ONLY MAKING MONEY BY CHEATING PEOPLE....WITHOUT FULL KNOWLEDGE THEY UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE AND LATER CUSTOMER SUFFER AND SUFFER...IN CASE SUPPORT TEAM THEY ARE NOT ABLE THE ISSUE...IF YOU HAVE FEVER THEY WILL GIVE THE MEDICINE FOR LOOSE MOTION.....I M NOT JOKING...SAME THING IS HAPPENED WITH ME EVERY TIME WHEN THEY UPGRADEI REQUEST EVERYBODY PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS SOFTWARE IF THEY ARE READY TO GIVE FREE OF COST...

Using gofrugal from 8 months , it's OK software but reaching them for support was tedious job before but now looks like they have better partners like rejag technologies who helped us in clarifying the queries and resolving the issues.

I bought Gofrugal Distribution software from rejag technologies bangalore and they have great service oriented staff. Gofrugal is best in technology. apart from long wait with chat support every thing looks fine.
