If you live at a property run by Katz Properties and you have a problem DO NOT CALL the Katz Properties office -- unless you feel like being treated horribly. And I do mean horribly.

The facility itself shows well but there weekend manager is borderline rude when answering inquiries over the phone. I'm a realtor-Leasing Agent and would not answer questions in the manner this person speaks. .

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been living here since 2007 and it is fantastic! For people who say that the rents are expensive, go live somewhere else because they are actually affordable! The janitors and people who mow the lawn are fantastic! Some of them are actually my friends! Just like Troy for example. Don’t call the main office if it’s a small emergency like your air conditioning broke. I love the exercise room and pools! For people who say the staff are rude, that’s not true! And people who can’t pay rent here are broke and have to live somewhere else! Period end of sentence.

Lived here since August of 2015. What an amazing experience. Management is fantastic. Maintenance folks work hard to keep the premises gorgeous. Lost 40 pounds swimming in the indoor pool. The underground heated garage is at least 3 football fields in length and provides a great opportunity to walk in comfort when it's a cold winter's night. Walk east on Bradley Rd and enjoy the prestigious neighborhood and the safe friendly people who make up Fox Point. The three buildings are rented buy many elderly folks who sold there mansions to live out their old age. If your rowdy or too immature to enjoy luxurious living it's not the place to call home.
