Nice place

Feedback:

When I can reach someone via phone, they are usually helpful. Its just getting someone to answer is the hard part

Feedback:

I share the same concern...HOW CAN THIS BRIDGE BE PRIVATELY OWNED?!” They make thousands a day for a bridge that is totally unsafe with its dated metal deck. Makes my truck want to run into it if I’m not careful. Plus no way for pedestrians or bikers to cross...all this for a ridiculous $2 each way unless you get a pass which makes it $1....still not worth it. I’ve heard they’ve had plans to construct a new bridge for awhile....as long as people still pay to cross I bet this doesn’t happen. Needs to go back to the taxpayers.

Feedback:

Freaking rip. Not from the area. Apparently I caused $18 in damage to the bridge crossing it 3 times. All I wanted to do was stay closer to hood river, at bridge rv park. Scam if you ask me. I know that everything costs money, but this is a bit on the gouge side

Feedback:

Beautiful area to stop at while driving through Oregon. I haven't done much in the area but it's a great place to pull off the road for a quick break.

Feedback:

Estoy sastifecha por el buen servicio qué hay con las empleadas muy amables.

Feedback:

Excellent and friendly customer service in regards to the bridge. It's also great for community economic development! Ask anyone renting commercial space from them!

Feedback:

My experience was quite different. Very friendly person answering the phone, helpful, listed to my whole want list, gave me info about who I needed to talk with and took a message. Happy too.

Feedback:

Every time I pay this bridge toll I think it is ridiculous extortion... How is this interstate crossing still controlled by a private entity? Better yet, why isn't it entirely electronically controlled? Bike and pedestrian access?... no dice
