The post office and Kiwi bank have moved from this location. I do not know where kiwi bank has moved, but the post office is now located in the Porirua mall, as a part of Paper Plus. This is down the new World end of the mall.

I think people get the wrong impression about kiwi bank I have found them to be professional and like every other business I have contacted whether it be by phone or visited there shop they have always helped me with my banking need keep up the good work

Oh dear, seems im not the only one with problems here. I went to submit some important paperwork for my business banking to the Kiwibank Porirua staff, was made to wait for ages while a bunch of them joked and laughed in a room, then was told"we'll submit it, all sorted". They never submitted the paperwork, I only found out when I queried it after no response for weeks. No word from them on why it was lost/ignored and I had to go through it all again.

Highly unprofessional staff. Instead of accepting their mistake in overcharging me and providing me factually incorrect information, they are trying to hide their incompetence by keeping lying. I was overcharged for a parcel and luckily the customer returned the parcel. The returned parcel was taken to NZPost for revaluation and the manager their confirmed that it was overcharged. Pauline Harrison who presented herself to be the manager of the post office did not even know basic terms and conditions of tracked parcels. She is highly incompetent person to be team leader. NZPost complaint policy was requested through OIA request and the Privacy Officer has not been able to provide NZPost Compliant Policy and Procedures". Complaint has just been lodged with the Ombudsman Office to investigate this matter.

Absolutely dissappointed. Very rude lady im not gonna whos name is it because im not rude like her. I just wanna share my bad experience over there. She made me feel bad the whole time for just picking the wrong postage bag eventhough i said ill just have to pay for it and im sorry. Very rude customer service. The company should trained more on there poor customer service.
