Not at all satisfied with the service this company provides to its clients. There are multiple assurances of the systems they sell and for which they provide technical support, but have found these merely empty promises with the company dictating to its clients how they are to conduct their business. Training is minimal and the expectation of the client to basically be programmers of the system with the limited training provided costs its clients valuable time and resources. I would give no stars if not prompted to give at least one in order to post.
