Bait and switch operation. I planned my roofing work based on the rental from this place. When i arrived, the guy at the counter would not honor what I'd been told on the phone. I'm a home owner and can't afford to rent this twice. Now I'm sitting here, while they make repairs to the equipment, thinking i could have looked around for other rental places.
