Client Review on Point Emerald Villas

Feedback:

Our unit was fairly nice inside. However, the stairs, walkways, and other common areas were rather dilapidated. Only 1 functional laundry room and very limited shady parking areas.We stayed in building A, which is the oceanfront side. However there was much audible nuisance noise from the B building side... no es bueno for lighter sleepers such as myself trying to relax and/or sleep in. Also, I slept in more of a kids room with bunk beds. Mattresses about as comfortable as a bed of tires which didn't help matters!Basically these are "pack 'em in like sardines" style units and I've outgrown that level of density where the general public is concerned. They cost more, but standalone units are the way to go imo.
