The teller by the name of Taylor who was working drive through is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There is no reason why she should working directly with members with an attitude like that. I went through the drive thru and needed a deposit slip. I asked for one and she seemed to have an issue with that. After making my deposit she continued to help (2) others vehicles to the right of me, never asking if I needed anything else or speaking to me at all. Only after I kept clicking the button she responded with yes. I asked if there was an issue and why am I not being serviced and she stated I didn’t know you needed anything else. I’m sorry but when I hear you asking TWO cars back to back if they needed anything else while I’m still waiting MAKES YOUR EXCUSE COMPLETE BULL. She needs further customer service training! Highly dissatisfied!
