So far so good. Time will tell. I can see the HOA rules are very lax...lots of homes in disrepair and overgrown. But to be fair there's lots of very well maintained homes too!

The people on this board are a bunch of hard nose idiots. That is saying it nicely. Just a bunch of old farts that have nothing else better to do with their time. They can't be in charge in any other aspects of life, like at work or home so they impose on others with crazy rules. I pay for this house and it's mine!!!!!! If you are reading this. ...stay away from buying or building here.
