Went to get a loan. Staff was quick and courteous. Finished up gettin a loan and ended up talking to their metro kiosk. Real nice knew what they were talking about. Im going to go back for sure and recomended this place to everyone WAY WAY BETTER than ace and nicer to.

Manager "Jessica" set up a payment plan with me, I Made my first payment on the plan, then they ran my check through anyways after I signed a payment plan contract, overdrafting my bank account which caused a chain reaction in my other transactions charging me several overdraft fees. Manager "Jessica" refused to do anything to make this right or fix it. Claiming she didn't know the check would go through and since it was owed to them anyways that was that. She failed to provide information in this situation and all she kept saying was "I didn't know the check was going through". Your the manager right!!!?? you should know the check is going to go through or once a payment plan has been started keep the check off to the side or destroy it. Scammers!!! Watch out! *Update* 1/19/16* after my check was paid and cleared in August, I get a notice recently from a collections agency claiming that I still owe them that my check was never collected. Luckily I'm able to provide proof that my check cleared. But this company is not to be trusted.

Idiots. Went there to collect money from Western Union and the guy insisted my tracking number was incorrect. I later verified via Western Union customer service that it was fine.
